Ready to be a resident?
Below are the minimum requirements for each applicant. All adults (18 years of age and older) desiring to reside in the property must complete an application.
- Minimum Credit Score of 600* (unless otherwise stated on rental listing)
- Verifiable Monthly Income of at least three times (3x) the Monthly Rent
- Must provide all landlord contact info for past 2-4 years of residency
- Copy of Government Issued form of Identification
- No Felony convictions
- No Eviction history or unpaid balances due to previous landlords
- All Cosigners must have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all other application requirements
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis in the order they are received. While many applicants choose to tour the property before applying, an in-person showing is not required to be considered. We welcome applications from both local and out-of-state residents.
