To apply, all prospective tenants must submit a valid driver’s license and proof of income showing they earn at least three times the monthly rent. From there, we partner with a trusted third-party vendor to perform a full screening that includes:

  • Employment verification
  • Debt-to-income ratio analysis
  • Eviction history report
  • Criminal background check
  • Rental history review, including follow-up with previous landlords

We don’t rely on credit scores alone. Instead, we take a comprehensive approach — looking at the full picture of an applicant’s background. This proven process helps us place reliable tenants, minimize risk, and deliver better long-term outcomes for our owners.
