Collecting rent is simple when tenants pay on time — but if they don’t, it’s important to act quickly and within legal guidelines. We handle everything from sending late notices to applying the proper fees and, when necessary, initiating the eviction process to protect your income and get the property re-rented fast.

To make rent payments simple and convenient, we offer several secure payment options. Most tenants use our online tenant portal to make rent payments via EFT, available 24/7. We also support scheduled cash payments at select retail locations across the country. For those who prefer traditional methods, our office accepts checks and money orders during regular business hours.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. On the 5th of the month the late fee is charged. In the event the rent is not paid by the 10th of the month, eviction proceedings will occur.
